Damian Lillard Drops Incredible Freestyle Over The So Gone Instrumental

For decades now, rap and the NBA have been inextricably intertwined, with each culture bleeding into the other.
Rappers want to play basketball and constantly drop the names of star players in their verses. On the flip side, those in the Association typically like to try their hand behind the mic. And some are far better than others.

Plenty in the NBA have tried their hands in the studio. Cleveland Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert even has his own album out. But Lillard took his rapping to the proverbial next level here, thrusting his name into a conversation that typically features Cedric Ceballos, Dana Barros, Chris Webber and sometimes Shaquille O'Neal.
It's pretty impressive what he can do with more than just four bars.
